Registration for Summer 2021 backpack distribution IS CLOSED
Thank you for your interest in the 2021 Coatesville Back to School effort. The deadline to submit entries was Friday, 7/30/21 for partner organizations and Monday 8/2/2021 for public submissions.
Here’s what happens next:
- You will receive an email from the Coatesville Back to School Committee to the submitted email address confirming your submission. If you do not receive an email, the contact email submitted may have been that of the partner organization’s identified contact person.
- Partner organizations will be contacted by a member of the Coatesville Back to School Committee, who will then set up a place and time for them to pick up the backpacks assigned to their site to distribute.
- Partner organizations will reach out to registered information with when they will be distributing backpacks. Please note that partner organizations will only receive the amount of backpacks that were registered or assigned to that site. They will not have “extra” backpacks to distribute beyond those who already registered.
- Come to your pickup location at your assigned time to get your child’s backpack!
